ISFG Mini Symposia | IMS

We are pleased to announce that the ISFG is preparing a set of online symposia to cover specific forensic genetic topics that have currently shown increasing interest in training and education, according to requests and feedback from previous events.

The ISFG Mini Symposia – IMS – marks its debut in March 2026 with IMS1 on Body Fluid Identification, coordinated by Hwan Young Lee (South Korea; Department of Forensic Medicine, Seoul National University College of Medicine). Lectures and a round table discussion with international experts is already lined-up and a preliminary program is available on the IMS website

The session is open to anyone interested in the proposed topic, with capacity for up to 500 participants. ISFG members and students will benefit from reduced registration fees. The fee includes the 4-hour online session, a certificate of participation and access to the session recording during three weeks.

Save the dates!

Registrations for IMS1 open on December 5, 2025

IMS1 is on March 4, 2026, from 12h-16h CET
