Scientific Prize of ISFG 2015 awarded to T. Parsons
At the 26th ISFG Congress in Kraków in September 2015, the Scientific Prize of ISFG 2015 was awarded to Dr. Thomas J. Parsons. He is the Director of the Forensic Science Department of the International Commission of Missing Persons (ICMP). He received the award from the ISFG President, Dr. Mecki Prinz, for his work related to human mitochondrial DNA analysis and the identification of victims of war and disaster.
