FSI: Genetics is a scientific journal (editor-in-chief: Angel Carracedo) dedicated exclusively to the field of forensic genetics. It has been launched in 2007 by Elsevier Publishers in affiliation with the International Society of Forensic Genetics. The journal is fully indexed in Medline and in the Science Citation Index. The 2018 impact factor is 4.884.

Our society journal Forensic Science International: Genetics has been suppressed from the current "Journal Citation Report". Both the journal editors and the executive board are appealing this decision ­ please find a full documentation on this page!
